Virtual 4K for Heart Health
February 2024
Race 2 of 12 in the 2024 County-wide Stride Series
Our original virtual race! Exercise is key to heart health. Get yours in February, American Heart Month, by completing this virtual 4K run/walk (2.49 miles). Proceeds benefit WHAS Crusade for Children.

Registration Details
- Cost is $20
- Register by Wednesday, February 21
- Run or walk your 4K anytime between February 14-29. Post your results by March 9.
- Participants receive a free t-shirt (Shirts available for pick up March 11-15 at Rockcastle Regional Hospital or at the March 16 St. Patrick's Day race)
- NEW! County-Wide Stride Kids Club - Kids 12 and under run FREE and collect a special County-Wide Stride silicone bracelet each race! Collect 7 bracelets to receive a $25 gift card and custom Kids Club t-shirt at the end of the 2024 series!
